When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there's a pricing mistake or we can't make it, and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.

Made fresh for you

Every order is made fresh after you place it and our products are perishable. Please refrigerate them as soon as they arrive and use them within the time shown on the label.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Because our products are made to order and perishable, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once your order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we'll put it right. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel, pause or skip at any time. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Using our products

Please read the label and directions before use. Patch test topical products before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before using our ingestible products.
