One-off orders

You can cancel free of charge as long as your order hasn't shipped. Orders are made within 24 to 48 hours, so please email us as soon as you can at hello@citrusreefs.com. Once your order is on its way, we can't cancel it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel, pause or skip your subscription at any time by emailing hello@citrusreefs.com. To stop your next delivery, let us know at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Once a renewal order has been placed and we've started making it, we can't cancel that delivery, because it's made fresh and perishable.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

See our Return and Refund policy. Email a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
